Summary:The Digital Content and Outreach Coordinator plays a key role in advancing HUF’s mission by supporting the implementation of digital content strategies and outreach efforts that elevate brand visibility, deepen community engagement, and increase awareness of HUF’s programs and services. This position is responsible for creating compelling, audience-focused content across multiple platforms, managing a dynamic content calendar, and assisting in the planning and execution of outreach campaigns and events. Collaborative and community-centered, the role requires strong communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail. The coordinator also provides day-to-day supervision and guidance to the Digital Content and Outreach Specialist, ensuring consistency, brand alignment, and impact across all communications. Through digital storytelling and grassroots engagement, this position helps ensure HUF’s voice is visible, inclusive, and reflective of the diverse communities we serve.

Summary: The Housing Program Intake Specialist will play a crucial role in assisting individuals and families in accessing housing-related services and resources. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others navigate complex housing systems. The Housing Intake Specialist provides the initial screening of clients to help determine their needs and goals in the areas of housing stability and asset building. The Housing Intake Specialist collects and enters all client information into the program database and assists with required reports and file maintenance. The Housing Intake Specialist works closely with the Financial Coaches and HUD Certified Counselors to ensure proper file keeping, documentation, reporting and compliance with all funder standards. The position requires frequent contact with other HUF clients, program administrators, managers, and other stakeholders; representatives of contracted and governmental agencies to coordinate program goals and procedures..

The Director of Miami Dade Initiatives will oversee the implementation of programs and services in this county, including food distribution, small business education, free tax preparation, citizenship services, and vocational training, to increase community access to these programs and services.

Summary: The Program Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Unity 4Teens (U4T) Programs. The Program Assistant will directly support the areas of Databases, accuracy of attendance and case management units as well as to ensure compliance of Before and After School Child Care (BASCC) quality at each school site. The Program Assistant will provide support to the U4T Program Manager and Grant Operations Manager as outlined below.

Summary: Success Coach (SC) is responsible for providing initial assessments to identify risks and protective factors as well as developing a Family Nurturing Plan with each family. The SC will facilitate training sessions, case management services, follow ups and ongoing meetings with each participant to ensure the achievement of program goals. The Success Coach will facilitate make up sessions and will work with program staff and participants to prepare Family Building Events. This is a full-time position to facilitate the Nurturing Parenting Program (NPP) curriculum as well as setting meetings with participants during the week, weekends and/or evenings. The success Coach must have the ability to work evenings and/or weekends as needed by contract and program. Currently services within the FSP program are virtually and some in person.
