We only accept original tax forms and documents. We do not accept digital copies or images displayed on cell phones or other electronic equipment.
- IRS Identity Protection PIN Letter (if applicable)
- Current government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s license)
- Social Security cards for everyone listed on the return
- Correct birthdates for all individuals on the return
- W-2 forms (include spouse’s if filing jointly
- Form 1098 (mortgage interest, property taxes)
- Forms 1099 (DIV, G, INT, MISC, Q, R, RRB, SSA)
- Copy of your prior year’s federal tax return (if available)

- For Dependent Care Credit, bring care provider’s name, address, SSN/EIN, and amount you paid for each child.
- For Premium Tax Credit, bring 1095-A (Health Marketplace Statement).
- For Education benefits bring 1098T or 1098E, amounts paid for qualified expenses, unofficial transcripts and school statements for each academic period
Notes:
- If married filing jointly, both spouses must be present.
- For separate returns, bring your spouse’s tax return copy.
- Bring a voided check and savings account number to enroll for direct deposit.
