14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Broward County, Florida for the resolution of any disputes.

15. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and HUF concerning the Site. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of HUF to enforce any right or provision shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
