Francisco first connected with HUF through his child’s time in Unity4Kids, staying involved through newsletters and community updates. One day, an email about the HVAC Technician Program caught his eye — arriving at the perfect moment. Working in construction, restoration, and maintenance, he saw it as a real opportunity to strengthen his skills and move closer to his dream of starting his own business.
With commitment and the support of HUF’s Career & Technical Education team, Francisco completed the program and proudly graduated. As he shared during the ceremony, “We are celebrating opportunities… and celebrating that when an organization believes in its community, that community responds with commitment and results.”
